At GIG Shirts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a print-on-demand business, each product is custom-made specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. No Returns or Exchanges

Custom-Made Products

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately, and changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the issue, such as a photo of the damaged or defective item, and details about the problem.

Resolution Process

Upon receiving your claim and supporting documentation, we will investigate the issue. If the claim is validated, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • A full refund for the item, including any shipping costs incurred.

Refund Process

  • The item received is not the item ordered.
